Debbie

Owner and Founder - The Travel Broker Group Inc, Today's Woman Traveller

My passion for travel began over 38 years ago apprenticing in a travel agency. While organizing custom travel arrangements for missionaries all over the world, I gained valuable international knowledge, experience and expertise that would later allow me to run my own travel agency and build my own custom tours and individual travel programs.

SylviaFrom exploring the old villages of Cinque Terre and watching the snake charmers in Marrakech to scuba diving in Cozumel and driving a dune buggy through the wilds of Jamaica, soft adventure is my style. Travel to me means exploring new and different places, meeting local people and learning about their culture. Gone are the days of backpacking through Europe and sleeping in train stations. These days, my trips include delicious food, luxury (or semi-luxury) accommodations and convenient, comfortable transportation.

denise-johnson-travel-broker-consultantBefore turning to my love of travel in 2002, I had worked in several management positions. Because of this previous experience, I'm comfortable handling all facets and details of the travel business from corporate travel to designing custom travel for individuals and groups.

maggie escort 125pxI have a long and serious passion for travel. In my childhood, my 3 siblings, Mom, Dad and I all piled into the car for our annual summer jaunts to various North American destinations. Fond memories exist still to this day and certainly provided the impetus to expand my travel horizons. An exhilarating high school trip to Spain really got the ball rolling, and I graduated from a 3-year tourism program at Centennial College.

jana kuska bio photoI came to Canada from my native Prague in 1969. My family settled in Kingston where I was employed by Queen's University as a research assistant at the Geochemistry Department. As well as my work at Queen's, I took an opportunity when in 1989 the Czech Republic opened its border to visitors to escort various small groups there.

Lori500pxI LOVE to travel. My motto is "I'll go anywhere and can be ready in five minutes!"

When I was a kid, my wish books were National Geographic magazines and my wishes are coming true! I am a gypsy with wanderlust mixed in.
